BRAND NEW

Brand new means exactly that. It’s as though it has come straight from the manufacturer and has the full manufacturer warranty.

GRADE A+ – PRISTINE

In the original box, with the original accessories and our 12 month warranty, the device is pristine.

GRADE A – PRISTINE

A pristine device with our 12 month warranty. Sent in our awesome recycled packaging (see below).

GRADE B – EXCELLENT

A used device but in excellent condition, it literally has a couple of minor marks and comes in our own recycled packaging (see below) along with our 12 month warranty. Most customers are pleasantly surprised with our Grade B devices.

GRADE C – GOOD

A device in average used condition. Ideal for kids (or clumsy adults!!) who are likely to bump and scratch the device anyway! If you’re not happy with the condition you can always return the device at no cost using our 14 day no quibble returns policy. As with grades A and B it comes in our own recycled packaging (see below) with our 12 month warranty!

All our used devices are thoroughly tested and fully working but just in case, we do offer a 12 month warranty. Our 14 day no quibble returns policy gives you peace of mind.

If you’ve treated yourself to a ‘brand new’ device please make sure you want to keep it before you open it as we can only refund the Grade A+ price for opened, unwanted brand new devices.
